About the role

Join Goode Brothers, a Kiwi‑Italian gastropub in Bethlehem, as a Front of House Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The role combines service, teamwork, and the occasional bar shift after training.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Assist with bar duties after completing training, including drink preparation and service.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, multitasking while maintaining high service standards.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle varied customer interactions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional shifts at the bar.
