About the role
Join The Wayward Pigeon team in Hamilton as a Front of House Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service and helping create a lively, family‑friendly atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
- Assist with bar duties after training, when required.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Enjoys interacting with people and building rapport.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to varied situations.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
