Front of House Team Member

About the role

Master Kong is looking for energetic Front of House team members to create memorable dining experiences for guests on Wellington’s waterfront. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with bar service after training, when required.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse range of customers.
• Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking.
• Willingness to learn bar service and other duties.
• Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
