Front of House Team Member – Barista

About the role
Dôme is seeking energetic Front of House Team Members to join its café network across Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Prepare a range of hot and cold beverages to Dôme standards.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
- Clear, reset, and maintain clean tables and service areas.
- Perform general cleaning duties to keep the café tidy.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Enjoyment of a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work any day Monday‑Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
