About the role

Tala Group Limited is seeking enthusiastic Front of House team members for both senior and junior positions at its Michelin‑starred, 3‑Hat restaurant in Parnell, Auckland. These part‑time, on‑site roles involve delivering high‑quality service in a dynamic, award‑winning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating flow with the kitchen.
• Take orders, process payments and handle billing accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist senior staff in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑of‑house or waiting staff roles (senior) or a strong willingness to learn (junior).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and a team‑oriented attitude.
