About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance writer to support the training of AI chatbots. You will assess model progress, evaluate logical consistency, and help improve overall quality through targeted writing and editing tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Measure the correctness, style, and performance of AI‑generated content.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous model improvement.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
Independent contractor based in New Zealand.
