Freelance Chemistry & Python Expert for AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python specialist to help design and evaluate AI-driven computational chemistry problems. This is a remote, project‑based freelance position supporting AI testing for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks (using NumPy, SciPy, and domain‑specific libraries) that are computationally intensive.
• Develop problems requiring non‑trivial reasoning in physical, quantum, and molecular modeling.
• Base tasks on genuine research challenges or practical chemistry applications.
• Validate solutions with Python scripts and standard computational chemistry methods.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applied research, teaching, or industry.
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).
