About the role
Azonic is seeking a founding engineer to help build the core platform that bridges the gap between large‑scale crime investigations and the tools used to conduct them. As one of the first engineers, you will own critical architectural decisions that will shape how the system scales as agency work comes online.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the agent infrastructure that runs parallel investigations.
- Develop data pipelines that consolidate investigative sources and sustain real‑world load.
- Handle deployment of the platform into secure agency environments, both cloud‑based and on‑premise.
- Ensure reliability of long‑running investigations through observability, recovery, and performance optimisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience running agent or large‑language‑model (LLM) systems in production.
- Track record of shipping functional, reliable software quickly.
- Comfort with handling sensitive intelligence or trust‑and‑safety data (preferred, not required).
- Ability to work in a high‑standard, early‑stage engineering environment.
