About the role

We are looking for a battle‑tested operator‑entrepreneur to take a validated venture concept from zero to a self‑sustaining ecosystem. This fully remote, high‑availability position is for a leader who lives to build companies and can operate 24/7 in fast‑moving digital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end launch of a new venture, turning a blueprint into a revenue‑generating business.
• Define product vision, set the technical roadmap and prioritize features to achieve rapid product‑market fit.
• Recruit, inspire and lead a lean core team of developers, designers and growth hackers.
• Work with internal teams to craft investor narratives, build fundraising materials and secure capital.
• Establish daily workflows, shipment cadences and operational processes for the early‑stage business.
• Drive customer acquisition, design viral loops and create growth hooks that move markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching technology or digital products in the 0‑to‑1 phase.
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and limited resources.
• Deep product obsession with strong understanding of user psychology, conversion metrics and intuitive design.
• Willingness to be on‑call seven days a week and lead through high‑intensity periods.
• Native fluency in the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics and decentralized community dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills to attract top‑tier talent.
