Foreman / Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Lead great crews on complex civil infrastructure projects while building your leadership career with one of New Zealand's leading contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex civil infrastructure projects across the lower North Island.
• Supervise and coordinate on‑site crews to ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, equipment usage and subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction supervision or foremanship.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Wellington and travel across the lower North Island as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of civil infrastructure construction methods and standards.
• Experience with site safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
