About the role

Join Four Points by Sheraton in Auckland as a Food & Beverage Service Expert. You will be part of a friendly team that creates memorable dining experiences for independent travellers, ensuring every meal feels special.

Key responsibilities

• Assist during restaurant service periods, from setting tables to clearing and resetting.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Support the Food & Beverage team with general operational tasks and stock handling.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
