Food & Beverage Attendant – Seasonal Role at Colonel's Homestead

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Colonel's Homestead, Walter Peak, for a full‑time summer season (September 2025 – April 2026). As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will help create unforgettable guest experiences while commuting on the historic TSS Earnslaw.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light meals to guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
• Assist with bar operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that reflects RealNZ’s hospitality values.
• Support teammates during busy periods and help with stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service.
• Barista skills and/or bar knowledge.
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Already based in Queenstown with accommodation sorted.
• Duty Manager’s Certificate is a plus, but not essential.
