Food & Beverage Attendant – Hotel Service

About the role

You will be the friendly face of the restaurant and bar at Crowne Plaza Christchurch, delivering memorable service to guests throughout the day and night. The role offers flexible shift patterns across a 7‑day operation, with training provided for those new to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage recommendations to guests.
• Serve food and drinks and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
