Food & Beverage Attendant – Airport Hospitality

About the role

Sudima Christchurch Airport is looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join its airport hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly service and ensuring a smooth dining experience in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle room‑service deliveries.
• Prepare the restaurant for service, including set‑up and cleanliness checks.
• Answer internal and external phone inquiries.
• Settle guest accounts and process payments accurately.
• Address guest complaints promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent grooming and hygiene standards.
• Calm under pressure and willing to go the extra mile for guests.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Valid right to work in New Zealand.
