Financial Modeling Analyst (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Financial Modeling Analyst on a contract basis to support our investment strategies. The role involves building sophisticated financial models, conducting comprehensive analysis, and delivering actionable insights to drive capital market decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and valuation frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and investment analysis to assess business opportunities and risks.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for capital markets and investment decisions.
• Monitor market trends, financial news, and emerging fintech developments to refine investment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on AI‑driven financial projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Expertise in DCF, LBO, valuation techniques, and forecasting methodologies.
