Financial Accountant

About the role

This contract position supports the finance team with end‑to‑end financial accounting tasks, from daily transactions to month‑end close. You will step in wherever there is a gap, ensuring continuity while the team defines the future permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Perform transactional accounting duties and assist with month‑end close activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc support across the finance function to fill coverage gaps.
• Maintain accurate records in a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Prepare and analyse financial data using advanced Excel techniques.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in a complex environment such as manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong end‑to‑end financial accounting knowledge.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and adopt a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Based in Pokeno and able to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (or similar large ERP system).
• SAP ERP (or similar large ERP system).
• Advanced Excel.
