Finance Manager

About the role

Partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership, the Finance Manager will own the day‑to‑day finance function, providing the insights and governance needed to support commercial decisions and acquisitions for a leading property and construction consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate month‑end management accounts, variance analysis and board reports.
• Deliver robust financial insights to drive profitability and support strategic decisions.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasts, working capital and relationships with commercial banks.
• Enhance core financial systems, reporting tools and internal governance processes.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to raise overall commercial capability.
• Support and evaluate business acquisitions.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Proficient in modern cloud ERP systems and advanced Excel modelling.
• Articulate communicator influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and senior executives.
• Commercially astute with a proactive, hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Collaborative team player who embodies accountability, integrity and work‑life balance.
