Finance Controller – Manufacturing/FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead plant and business finance functions for a leading snacks & beverages manufacturer in Jeetpur, Birgunj. The role combines financial stewardship, cost optimization, and strategic analysis to support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plant P&L, costing, variance analysis and monthly financial closing.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock audits and asset valuation.
• Oversee CAPEX projects, asset capitalization and ROI analysis.
• Lead cost‑optimization and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and business performance reviews.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and product profitability analysis.
• Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis and strategic insights for management decisions.
• Drive automation and digital reporting for efficient MIS delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial controls and strategic finance management.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
