About the role

The Finance Business Partner acts as a critical bridge between finance and key functional areas, delivering meaningful financial insights and analysis to senior leaders. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision‑making and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and support business performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Analyse financial data, build models and present insights to non‑finance audiences.
• Support strategic initiatives by translating financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Required profile

• CAANZ (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years post‑qualified experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and modelling capability with high attention to detail.
• Experience in a complex or matrixed organisation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
