About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Agent Coordinator to join our team in Avondale, Auckland. This full‑time, on‑site position operates from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and focuses on providing essential office administration support while acting as a liaison for field agents.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the office and field teams.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a confident, professional manner.
- Coordinate schedules and communications between field agents and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth office operations.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work the specified shift (11:30 am–8:00 pm) on a full‑time basis.
