F&B Service Expert

About the role

Join Four Points by Sheraton in Auckland as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences to independent travellers. You will work in a casual, guest‑focused environment, ensuring every service moment contributes to a timeless hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
• Assist guests throughout their dining experience, addressing requests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow health, safety and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Complete daily checklists and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support the broader Food & Beverage team with operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage service role.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Enthusiastic about building a career in hospitality.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift items up to 25 lb (assisted up to 50 lb).
