Facilities Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join Canon’s Auckland office on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role blends event coordination, guest services, hospitality and facilities administration to deliver outstanding experiences for visitors and staff in the CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on‑site events and meetings, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Provide front‑of‑house guest services, creating memorable experiences for visitors.
• Manage day‑to‑day facilities administration, including maintenance requests, space planning and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support hospitality initiatives and improve workplace environments.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, inventory and service contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities coordination, hospitality or event management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in addressing guest and facility needs.
