Experiential Producer

About the role

FleishmanHillard Aotearoa is seeking an intermediate‑level Experiential Producer to join its vibrant team of five producers. You will help create award‑winning integrated experiential campaigns for a portfolio of local and global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute a variety of experiences, from product launches and sampling campaigns to gala events and media stunts.
• Write detailed run sheets, health & safety plans, and supplier briefs.
• Develop mood boards that communicate the creative vision.
• Manage precise budgets, produce cost estimates and ensure financial discipline.
• Collaborate with internal communications, studio, and content creators to integrate experiential work with broader brand channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in event or experiential production.
• Proven track record of managing events from concept through delivery.
• Strong people and relationship‑building skills with a wide supplier network.
• Creative thinker who can deliver innovative ideas while staying within budget.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
