Experienced Mazda Technician – New Zealand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mazda Technician to join modern, multi‑brand workshops across New Zealand. You will work alongside highly skilled colleagues, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle faults using manufacturer‑approved procedures.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on Mazda and other brand vehicles.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with WOF requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve workshop performance and productivity.
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified automotive technician.
• Current WOF certification (highly regarded).
• Strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team‑oriented with verifiable career history and references.
• Up‑to‑date training records and a valid driver’s licence.
