About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead a dedicated section within our kitchen, preparing dishes from a full menu and overseeing pizza production. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Queenstown, Otago, and offers a competitive hourly rate. The role involves delivering high‑quality dishes while supporting a collaborative kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards.
• Lead the pizza production line, from dough preparation to final bake.
