Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide trusted, proactive support to the CEO of Te Iwi o Ngāti Kahu Trust. This on‑site position in East Tamaki, Auckland, ensures the CEO’s priorities, relationships and commitments are managed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential files and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist with project tracking, follow‑ups and deadline management.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the CEO’s needs.
