Executive Assistant Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in driving strategic direction and operational excellence across all hotel departments. This senior position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented leader who can balance brand standards, guest experience, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of rooms, food & beverage, and other hotel divisions.
• Develop and monitor P&L, budgets, and contracts to maximise profitability.
• Lead, coach and build high‑performing teams while managing labour costs.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, and productivity targets.
• Drive F&B revenue through innovation, sales initiatives and waste control.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 4 years managerial experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• At least 2 years leadership experience in other hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division).
• Proven ability to act as the main point of contact in the GM’s absence.

Required skills

• Micros POS system proficiency.
• Opera PMS knowledge (preferred).
• Forecasting, budgeting and revenue‑management expertise.
• Strong analytical skills for financial reporting.
