Entry Level Travel Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Zephyra CO is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Travel Coordinator to join its remote customer experience team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth, professional experience across email, chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Resolve issues, complaints and requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed interaction records using the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or management when necessary.
• Provide clear product and service information to travelers.
• Collect feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
