Entry-Level Clinical Research Associate – Remote

About the role

Medpace is seeking an entry‑level Clinical Research Associate to join its remote team. You will support the full lifecycle of clinical trials, from site qualification to close‑out, while working from home with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits for research sites in line with the approved protocol.
• Communicate regularly with site staff, including coordinators and investigators, to ensure compliance.
• Verify investigator qualifications, site resources, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
• Review medical records, source documents, and case report forms for accuracy.
• Confirm eligibility of enrolled subjects and oversee investigational product accountability.
• Assess and report adverse events, serious adverse events, and concomitant medications.
• Evaluate site recruitment and retention performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monitoring reports, follow‑up letters, and deviation summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑related or scientific discipline.
• Basic understanding of clinical monitoring practices and regulatory requirements (GCP, SOPs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
