Entry Level Account Executive – Wellington

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Account Executive to join our newly formed McCann Wellington office. In this client‑service role you will support the Account Manager and the wider team in delivering creative and communication solutions for our diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in day‑to‑day client service activities.
• Coordinate briefings, schedules and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.
• Help prepare presentations, reports and status updates for clients.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and track budgets.

Required profile

• Passion for advertising and a strong desire to learn.
• Curiosity, tenacity and proactive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
