Enterprise Customer Specialist

About the role

As an Enterprise Customer Specialist at Halter, you will be the primary point of contact for our most critical enterprise and multi‑farm customers. You will combine deep product knowledge with hands‑on farm experience to resolve complex issues and ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own support for enterprise and multi‑farm accounts, acting as the single accountability hub for high‑stakes customers.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Territory Managers and Account Managers to unblock and resolve intricate problems.
• Drive customer health monitoring and churn recovery across the entire client base, identifying early warning signs and leading recovery plans.
• Lead complex troubleshooting: gather data, reproduce issues, validate bug reports before escalation to Product or Engineering.
• Conduct on‑farm investigations when remote diagnostics are insufficient, addressing hardware, setup, or animal‑behavior anomalies firsthand.

• Comfortable working both at a desk and in field environments.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Understanding of livestock management and farm operations.
