Enterprise Architect

About the role

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join its Digital Business Team in Tauranga. The role focuses on shaping and maintaining the enterprise architecture across business, information, application, and technology domains to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and the Target Operating Model.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps and blueprints using documented systems.
• Operate across the full technology landscape, not limited to single projects.
• Monitor emerging technologies, especially AI, to inform strategic decisions.
• Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Provide solution design assurance and governance as needed.
• Support technology evaluation and selection to create a coherent, rationalised landscape.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience in a comparable organisation.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, relationship‑building, and influencing abilities.
• Deep understanding of the full SDLC and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Recent exposure to Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies is advantageous.
• Commercial acumen, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of defining and governing enterprise‑wide architecture and roadmaps.
