Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at EROAD you will be the commercial leader for a portfolio of mid‑to‑large enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion and growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that improve safety, productivity and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured account plans to unlock long‑term value for both EROAD and its customers.
• Build multi‑threaded stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify untapped upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel locally and nationally to meet customers and support their success.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a talent for spotting and developing opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first approach and passion for delivering meaningful outcomes.
