English Second Language Teacher (ESL)

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering high‑energy, interactive lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and early teens in dynamic classroom settings.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using digital teaching tools.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship possible.
