Engineering Team Lead

About the role

As an Engineering Team Lead at Partly, you will collaborate with a talented development team to solve challenging problems and build high‑quality software for our global automotive parts platform. You will own mission‑critical SaaS and API components, ensuring they are scalable, fault‑tolerant, and deliver a great experience for our business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core SaaS and API services.
• Guarantee performance, reliability, and accuracy of platform features.
• Drive engineering best practices and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Become a domain expert in the automotive parts ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building complex software applications.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, concurrency, architecture, APIs, testing, and design patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with both relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience creating reliable, distributed systems.
