About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an eCom Operations Specialist, supporting the online order fulfilment process across our stores. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth, accurate and timely delivery of grocery orders to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Follow set routines to pick online orders accurately and maintain fresh‑food quality standards.
- Lead the on‑site "swarm" team, provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and act as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts.
- Identify process‑related issues and escalate them promptly to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
Required profile
- Strong focus on process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with other functions and stakeholders.
- Effective team leadership skills, including delegation, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
- Expertise in compliance within the function and excellent communication abilities.
- Consistent alignment with company values and willingness to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening each week.
