E‑Bike Loans Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

Do you love interacting with people and have a passion for cycling and e‑bikes? Join our award‑winning Bike Hub service operating in Glen Innes and Henderson, where you will help community members access e‑bike loans and promote sustainable transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the loan process for e‑bikes, from application to return.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure bikes are serviced and ready for use.
• Provide friendly assistance and guidance to borrowers, answering questions about e‑bike usage and safety.
• Track loan data, generate reports, and support the hub’s administrative needs.
• Promote the Bike Hub program within the local community and at events.

Required profile

• Enjoys face‑to‑face interaction and helping people.
• Strong interest in cycling, e‑bikes, and sustainable transport.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.
• Basic organisational abilities to manage loan paperwork and inventory.
