Loosies Superette is looking for an energetic Duty Manager to lead its bustling diner and saloon operations. The role runs from lunch through late‑night service, ensuring smooth front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service from lunch to late‑night shifts, maintaining high‑energy hospitality standards.
• Manage licensing compliance, including up‑to‑date knowledge of local regulations.
• Control inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting for each shift.
• Lead and motivate a close‑knit team, ensuring consistent quality service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• Current Duty Manager’s License.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar hospitality management role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and ability to maintain service standards under pressure.
