Duty Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our Kiwi‑Italian gastropub in Bethlehem. You will lead the team during your shifts, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere, high‑quality service and full compliance with licensing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and health‑safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling, stock control and other financial responsibilities.
• Lead, motivate and support team members, ensuring they are prepared and performing well.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar duty‑manager role within hospitality.
• Current Duty Manager’s License and up‑to‑date knowledge of licensing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality service.
• High energy, motivated and ready to take on responsibility.
