About the role
Rice Speir Limited is seeking a high‑calibre Disputes & Litigation Lawyer to join its boutique team in Auckland. This associate‑level position offers real responsibility, progression opportunities, and the chance to work on high‑quality civil litigation matters with national impact.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
- Represent clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborate with senior partners to develop case strategies and advise on risk management.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation.
