About the role
We are looking for a motivated Dispatch 2IC/Loader to join our East Tamaki team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will work closely with the Dispatch Manager, providing essential support to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Dispatch Manager in coordinating daily dispatch activities.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Act as the second‑in‑command, stepping in to lead the team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Required profile
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in East Tamaki, Auckland.
- Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to support the Dispatch Manager.
- Physical capability to handle loading tasks.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
