Director – Technology Transformation Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead Wayfinders Consulting, Fujitsu's new consulting brand in Oceania. Based in Auckland or Wellington, you will help clients harness technology to drive growth, profitability and sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth for the Wayfinders practice and build market presence in New Zealand.
• Cultivate existing client relationships and win new consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with Consulting Partners and the Fujitsu sales team to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Lead large‑scale, complex transformation projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing consulting teams across Oceania.
• Shape go‑to‑market strategy, develop scalable service offerings and position Wayfinders as a trusted advisor.
• Travel to Australia as needed to support regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience in a management consultancy or technology advisory practice.
• Proven ability to build consulting relationships, shape opportunities and support business development.
• Experience designing strategic initiatives and go‑to‑market offerings, preferably for enterprise or public‑sector clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead, develop and inspire diverse teams.
