About the role

The Director of Supply Chain Quality will own and continuously improve the quality system that ensures Halter’s hardware remains reliable and unbreakable in the field. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement to embed quality into product design and supplier processes.

Key responsibilities

Own the specifications that form the backbone of the quality system.
Build quality into products from the start, focusing on hands‑on implementation rather than inspection.
Lead quality initiatives across suppliers and contract manufacturers.
