Director, Growth Marketing

About the role

Re-Leased is seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to lead the marketing function during a six‑month parental‑leave cover and then transition into a permanent growth‑focused role. You will own the paid‑acquisition and lifecycle engine across multiple brands and markets, working closely with marketing ops, revenue ops, AI engineering, and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy, planning, and performance of paid acquisition (search, social, display, affiliate) and lifecycle marketing.
• Manage one direct report responsible for execution and optimisation of marketing tools.
• Own and optimise the website and conversion funnels built on Webflow, leveraging Claude’s MCP for testing and analysis.
• Lead a structured CRO programme across landing pages and the broader site.
• Define and expand the SEO/AEO strategy and content operations, building on existing 2.7x demo conversion uplift.
• Design and manage lifecycle journeys and marketing automation using HubSpot and Outreach.
• Identify and pilot new growth channels and routes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a marketing function at senior level (Head of Marketing or Director).
• Track record of building and scaling growth engines in global, fast‑growing companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into actionable creative and spend decisions.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional partners in ops, AI, and brand teams.
