About the role
The Diocese of Chichester, covering the parishes of St Leonard, Hollington, St Ethelburga, West St Leonards and St Matthew, Silverhill, is looking for an Associate Minister to join a shared ministry team. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm for evangelism and discipleship, supporting the spiritual growth of the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Promote evangelism initiatives across the listed parishes.
- Facilitate discipleship programmes and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with other clergy and lay leaders within a shared ministry team.
Required profile
- Ordained Anglican minister.
- Demonstrated character qualities consistent with church leadership (integrity, compassion).
