Digital Workspace Trainer & Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Workspace Trainer & Support Specialist to help roll out SharePoint Digital Workspaces across Fulton Hogan New Zealand as part of the Modern Information Programme. This fixed‑term position runs until February 2028 and can be performed from any location in New Zealand, with occasional travel to pilot sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online and face‑to‑face training for end users and workspace owners nationwide.
• Support rollout activities, including readiness checks, go‑live assistance and early‑adoption coaching.
• Create and maintain practical learning materials such as guides, FAQs, videos and support content.
• Collaborate with site teams, business stakeholders and technical groups to resolve issues and build confidence in new ways of working.
• Capture feedback, track learning progress and continuously improve the rollout process.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or adoption support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to translate technical concepts into simple language.
• Experience with implementation, migration, change or business readiness activities.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude and confidence working with frontline teams and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within New Zealand and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
