Digital Workplace Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our global team and support modern workplace platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of desktop and server environments used by employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, execute change activities, and contribute to Agile projects.
• Provide advanced support for Windows Desktop and Server OS, including deployment, Group Policy, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, PVS, ADC).
• Manage Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Deploy applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and security teams to deliver seamless services.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft desktop environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud PC or Virtual Desktop solutions.
• Proficiency in Group Policy and Intune administration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Additional experience with Citrix VDI, Azure administration, SCCM, certificate management, or Agile project work is a plus.
