Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to combine technical expertise with commercial insight, driving digital growth for its global Animal Management business. You will work closely with regional marketing teams, sharing best practices and elevating campaign performance across paid search, social, analytics, and e‑commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Provide templates, playbooks, and reporting structures to enable scalable e‑commerce campaign execution.
• Improve digital customer experiences on websites, landing pages, forms, and funnels through data‑driven testing and user feedback.
• Collaborate with regional teams to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and curiosity about emerging digital trends.
