Digital Performance Manager (Paid Social)

About the role

Halter is looking for a Digital Performance Manager to own and scale its paid social efforts worldwide. You will be responsible for delivering qualified farmer leads by placing the right creative in front of the right audiences across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging programmatic platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Meta ad account and expand into TikTok, paid YouTube and platforms such as StackAdapt.
• Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap in partnership with Brand and Regional teams.
• Analyse performance data, optimise cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to meet pipeline targets.
• Leverage AI tools for audience research, creative analysis and rapid iteration.
• Report channel contribution to overall lead and pipeline goals to the Performance Marketing Lead.

Required profile

• Proven track record of running paid social campaigns that achieve real lead or revenue targets.
• Creative‑first mindset with the ability to brief, test and interpret creative performance.
• Strong understanding of regional market nuances and ability to differentiate signal from noise.
• Comfortable working with metrics from impression through qualified lead.
