About the role
We are looking for a Digital Performance Manager to own paid search and paid social performance across our client portfolio at Werk Agency, a fun, low‑ego full‑service agency. The role is hands‑on optimisation, with a hybrid work arrangement (two days remote) based in Auckland or Wellington.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise paid search performance for all client accounts.
- Own and optimise paid social performance for all client accounts.
- Ensure performance targets are met across the entire client portfolio.
